Cup Rules
2025 has more points in play than prior years. Instead of a match battling for 1-2pts, every hole will be worth a point. This is intended to keep matches competitive through the final hole of play.
Match decisions on tees must be decided the night before play. If the group cannot agree unanimously, the default is the White tees.
If a match cannot be completed due to weather (daylight, lightning, etc), it ends at the last completed hole and a winner is declared. Unplayed holes are halved. Note that in an attempt to prevent this from happening, the captains may adjust tee time order after the draft, matchup, and format decisions are made.
Round 1: SEASIDE

Each hole is worth 1pt. Ties are halved. 1pt extra awarded to winning team.
4 matches being played (2v2 x 4 = 16). 19pts in play per match. 76 total.
Round 2: PLANTATION
2v2 Scramble Match Play with strokes.
Group decides which tees (Blue, White or Green only) to play. (Details).
Each hole is worth 1pt. Ties are halved. 1pt extra awarded to winning team.

Round 3: RETREAT
1v1 Match Play with strokes.

Captains may “hammer” one matchup each for double points. (ex: 38 instead of 19)
8 matches being played (1v1 x 8 = 16). 19pts in play per match. 190 total.
Total 342pts in play. 171.5 wins it.
Strokes are determined based on your handicap index, the tees you’re playing, and the following allowances:
2v2 Best Ball Match Play: 90%
2v2 Scramble Match Play: 35% (lower) & 15% (higher)
1v1 Match Play: 100%
